  • I've never worked with resin before. What do I need for experience?
Feeling a bit nervous about trying something new is completely normal! If you’ve ever worked with glue or mixed ingredients in different cups, you’re already more prepared than you think. Our workshop is designed to guide you step by step, so all you really need is a willingness to experiment and have fun!
  • Why are the molds referred to as a project?
We call it a “project” because each silicone mold is more than just a shape—it’s the foundation for a personalized art piece. In our workshops, you’ll use that mold to create something entirely your own, whether it’s a jewelry holder, keychain, earring set, angel, candle holder, or charcuterie board. From color choices to added elements like glitter or dried flowers, every pour is a one-of-a-kind project you get to take home.
  • Who is responsible for the final outcome of my resin project?
While our expert instructors provide all the guidance and materials needed, the final result depends on the natural curing process of resin and your unique design choices. Please note: The instructor is not responsible for the final outcomes, as every resin piece is inherently unique.
  • How long does it take for the resin to cure?
Curing time generally ranges from 12 to 48 hours, depending on your project. Some pieces may require an additional day if an extra clear coat is applied during the follow-up session.
  • What should I wear?
We recommend dressing casually since resin can permanently stain or damage clothing. Wear something comfortable—just as you would for any painting or craft session.
  • Can children attend the art workshop too?
Yes! Children ages 13 and older are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Please ensure that you purchase a ticket for each adult and child attending.
  • What type of resin is best for beginners?
Epoxy resin is our recommended choice for beginners—it’s easy to work with, has little odor, and is less messy compared to other resin types.
  • Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. If you need to cancel, please call us at least 48 hours before the workshop begins to arrange a makeup date or transfer your ticket to someone else by providing their email and phone number so we can update the registration details.
  • Do you offer on the go services for venues?
Yes! We also offer mobile workshops! For groups of 10 or more, we can bring the resin experience to your venue—ideal for birthday parties, girls’ nights out, corporate team-building events, or family gatherings. (We require a minimum of 1,000 square feet for setup and travel up to 40 miles from Norton, MA.)
  • What materials will we need for this class?
We ship everything you need to complete your resin project—resin, colorants, glitter, a silicone mold, stir sticks, cups, and gloves. You’ll just need to have a table covering (like parchment paper or a disposable tablecloth), baby wipes, and paper towels on hand at home. A flat, well-ventilated space and access to a power outlet for curing (if applicable) are also recommended. Note: Each class will list items to be sent and items needed for the course
  • What can I expect for an online experiance?
efore class, you'll receive a DIY resin kit shipped to your door with everything you need—resin, colorants, glitter, stir sticks, gloves, and your chosen silicone mold. During the live online session, Cheryl will guide you through the process step-by-step, from setup to final pour. You'll follow along from the comfort of your home, ask questions in real time, and finish class with a custom resin piece—and your mold and art supplies to keep for future projects!
  • What will I take home? / Will I take home the mold?
What do I take home? You’ll leave with your finished resin art piece and the silicone mold you used to make it. That means you can show friends and family exactly how your project was made — and even use the mold again at home if you catch the resin bug!
  • What materials will we need for this class?
Everything you need is provided when you arrive. All supplies—from resin and color options to glitter and the silicone molds—are included in your workshop fee.
  • What can I expect when arriving at the workshop?
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into our cat-friendly studio and guided through a relaxed, step-by-step resin experience. You’ll start by picking your mold from our display wall—options include coasters, candle holders, jewelry trays, and more. Then, you’ll visit our MyStations setup to blend pigments, choose glitter, and prep your design before pouring your resin masterpiece. We provide all materials, and you'll leave with both your finished piece and the silicone mold to keep!
  • Where do I park?
When you pull into the driveway, look for a grassy patch with a telephone pole on the right side. Then, proceed around to the back entrance near the firepit for easy access.
  • Can I bring wine, cocktails, or beer to the workshop?
Yes, you can! Please drink responsibly (must be 21+). We recommend using disposable bottles or cups to avoid any sticky messes and to make cleanup easier.
