All sales are final. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we’re happy to reschedule your session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours — or no-shows — are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling due to the prep work involved.

Online Workshops

All online workshop sales are final once your kit has shipped. If you need to cancel before the kit goes out, we can reschedule your session once.
Missed classes or no-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.
