Privacy Policy - The Basics

Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are the rules that govern how visitors and customers interact with this website and the services provided by Painting With Resin. By using this site, booking a workshop, or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms listed here.

These T&C apply to all aspects of the business, including in-person workshops, online classes, mobile events, and product purchases made through our website.

This site and its offerings are intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any service, change class offerings, or revise pricing at any time.

Workshop reservations must be made in advance, with a minimum of four tickets per event. In-person events are held in our cat-friendly Norton, MA studio. Mobile workshops are available within a 45-mile radius and may include a travel surcharge.

Online orders that include resin kits will be shipped within one business day via USPS. We only ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days, depending on the destination.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other checkout options offered at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.

From time to time, promotional offers or discount codes may be available. These are time-limited and must be applied at the time of purchase. Offers cannot be applied retroactively.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may request to reschedule for a future date, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Upgraded kits and personalized add-ons are non-returnable.

Painting With Resin reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, inclement weather, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive credit.

Unless otherwise stated, all content, images, designs, and artwork on this website are the property of Painting With Resin and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates are posted signifies your acceptance of the changes.
