  • Non-Refundable Items: All tickets, workshop passes, and DIY resin kits are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Cancellations: In-person and online workshop cancellations are accepted with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

At Painting With Resin, our policy outlines how and when orders are processed, packaged, and shipped. It also explains what customers can expect in terms of delivery timeframes and handling procedures. While not required by law, having a defined Shipping Policy builds trust, reduces confusion, and improves the shopping experience.

Cancellations & Refunds

Non-refundable items: tickets, passes, and DIY kits are not refundable or returnable Cancellations accepted with 48-hour notice for in-person or online workshops. View full policy for Painting With Resin.

  • All sales are final. Resin results will vary by individual.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled one-time workshop, you may request to reschedule for a future date, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Membership sessions are excluded from rescheduling. Missed membership classes are forfeited and do not roll over.

  • Upgraded kits and personalized add-ons are non-returnable.

  • Painting With Resin reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, inclement weather, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive credit.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

What to Expect with Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping within the United States is 5–7 business days, depending on carrier and location.

  • Shipping Area: At this time, DIY kits are shipped only within the United States.

  • Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the best available rate.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your kit arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at paintingwithresin@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Workshop Materials

  • Materials provided during in-person workshops are included in the ticket price and will be available at the event.

  • For DIY kits, all necessary materials are shipped directly to you before the workshop date.
