1. Scope of Services

These T&C apply to all offerings, including:

• In-person workshops (Norton, MA studio)

• Online classes and DIY kits

• Mobile workshops (within a 45-mile radius)

• Resin products and kits sold through our website

• Monthly membership programs (e.g., Resin Crafters Club)

2. Age Requirement

Services are intended for individuals age 13 or older. Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult participant.

3. Workshop & Membership Policies

• All workshops must be booked in advance.

• A minimum of four tickets is required for private sessions and 10 tickets for Mobile services.

• In-person events are held in our cat-friendly Norton studio. Please consider this when booking if you have allergies.

• Mobile workshops may include a travel surcharge based on distance.

• Monthly Memberships (e.g., Resin Crafters Club):

  • Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled by the member.

  • Memberships secure your place for monthly sessions; however, missed classes cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or made up.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and benefits apply only to the subscribed member.

4. Resin Art Disclaimer

Resin art is a self-guided, hands-on experience. While we provide materials, instruction, and guidance:

• Participants are responsible for the outcome of their pieces.

• Over-pouring, temperature fluctuations, and curing variations may affect the final result.

• Painting With Resin is not liable for imperfections due to user error or environmental factors.

• Sanding assistance may be offered as a courtesy, but we do not offer replacements or redos.

5. Shipping & Online Orders

• Resin kits are shipped within 1 business day via USPS.

• Shipping is available within the United States only.

• Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on location.

6. Payment Terms

• We accept major credit cards and any checkout options offered at time of purchase.

• All transactions are processed securely.

• Memberships and workshop fees are non-refundable.

7. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotional offers and discount codes are time-limited and must be used at checkout.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless specified.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• All sales are final. Resin results will vary by individual.

• We do not offer refunds.

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled one-time workshop, you may request to reschedule for a future date, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Membership sessions are excluded from rescheduling. Missed membership classes are forfeited and do not roll over.

• Upgraded kits and personalized add-ons are non-returnable.

• Painting With Resin reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, inclement weather, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive credit.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, images, designs, and artwork on this website are the property of Painting With Resin and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

10. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates are posted signifies your acceptance of the changes.
